Returns & Refunds Policy

At Heritedge LTD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy is designed in line with your rights under UK consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within the initial 14-day period

Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened:

Earrings (including studs and hoops)
Nose rings, belly rings, and all body jewellery

These items are sealed for hygiene protection.
If the seal or packaging has been opened or tampered with, we cannot accept a return unless the item is faulty.

Condition of Returns

For eligible returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Items must be returned in a resaleable condition

We reserve the right to make deductions from refunds if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if your item is:

Faulty
Not as described
Incorrect

If this applies:

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return)
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please note:

Original shipping costs will only be refunded where required by law (e.g. faulty items or full order cancellation)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
